We delivered comprehensive interior fit-out execution, custom furniture manufacturing, and intricate architectural millwork across 200 luxury guest rooms, executive suites, and guest corridors for The Ritz-Carlton. Designed to reflect timeless elegance with subtle cultural motifs, our scope called for precision manufacturing, rich hardwood finishes, custom jaali screen details, and seamless integration of high-grade FF&E to meet strict 5-star international standards.
Scope of Work & Key Features:
- Custom Millwork & Wall Paneling: Precision-crafted dark walnut wall paneling with integrated TV media units, hidden wardrobe doors, and carved architectural doorway arches in guest corridors.
- Intricate Woodwork & Jaali Screens: Bespoke CNC-routed and hand-carved floral wall medallions, decorative filigree jaali window shutters, and geometric room divider screens.
- Bespoke FF&E & Casegoods: Custom executive desks, credenzas, coffee tables, upholstered headboards with integrated lighting, and plush seating units engineered for high-traffic luxury durability.
- Corridor & Entryway Execution: Custom entrance door arches, carved door surrounds, and marble skirting details.
